The short version. Solo Fertility 40s collects your email address when you sign up for the IVF guide or newsletter. We use it to send you what you asked for. We do not sell your data, share it with fertility clinics, or use it for advertising. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data at any time. If you order a clinic research report, we also collect health information you choose to share, use it only to prepare your report, and delete it 12 months after your report is sent.

When you sign up for the IVF guide, the newsletter, or the community, you provide your email address and optionally your first name. We collect this to:
Legal basis: Consent. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing hello@solofertility40s.com.
When you order a clinic research report, you fill in a form with your name, email, age, where you live, your budget and travel plans, and the clinics you're considering. You can also share health information: test results such as AMH, conditions such as endometriosis, and details of previous fertility treatment. Under UK GDPR, health information is "special category" data, which carries extra protection.
We use this information only to research fertility clinics for you and prepare your report. We never share it with fertility clinics, and never use it for marketing.
Legal basis: To provide the service you've asked for (contract). For your health information, your explicit consent, which you give on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@solofertility40s.com. We'll then stop using your health information and delete it, though if your report isn't finished we may not be able to complete it.
How long we keep it: 12 months after your report is sent, so you can come back for a follow-up, then it's deleted from Tally, our email and our files. Payment records are kept for six years because UK tax law requires it; they contain no health information. What we learn about a clinic (its prices, published data and policies) is kept as general research, with nothing that could identify you.
This site is hosted on Netlify, which automatically logs basic technical data (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors. Legal basis: Legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and functional website.

This site loads fonts from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser requests these fonts, Google may log your IP address. This is a standard web practice. You can find Google's privacy policy at google.com/policies/privacy.
We do not share your data with fertility clinics, treatment providers, advertisers, or any other commercial third party.
This site uses cookies for analytics purposes (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) as described above. Netlify may also set a minimal session cookie for technical functionality. You can disable or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings — this will not affect your ability to use the site.
